As part of the Fit at 30 and Forever team you will receive fitness and nutrition guidance and tips based on my own experience and knowledge for sustainable fat loss, muscle building, and overall wellness.

Walking is the most underrated form of exercise and is something that most are blessed to be able to do with ease if the intention is there!
Join our monthly step challenge to keep you accountable and give you that push to get your steps in daily!
We also keep each other accountable by sharing workouts, activities, healthy meal ideas etc

Join our group fitness classes and come together with others in the local community for an active and fun workout.
We offer inclusive and affordable fitness classes which cover aerobic exercise to music, functional fitness and circuit style training. We do body weight exercises as well as use weights and equipment found at the gym or home too!
Community Fitness gives you face to face guidance from myself and a relaxed atmosphere with some good tunes to practice your form and technique. Not only that! But if childcare is an issue, bring the kids along. They can move and play with others in our community. Giving you time to work on YOU!
Sometimes we'll be working to a timer, sometimes we'll be dancing with our arms up either way, we'll always be getting better together!

Getting the kids moving to their favorite tunes with a mix of stretching, exercise to music, functional movement, and muscular endurance training using body weight and water bottles!
These sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and beneficial for their health. Helping the children to build strength, coordination, and confidence in an active way, building health and fitness into their lives from a young age to last forever!
Sessions currently take place at Bluecoat Primary School and Lily and Co out of school club.
