About

Hi, I’m Marie.

Growing up, I struggled with my weight and confidence. I know exactly what it feels like to want to change — but have no idea where to begin.

I’m a single mum of two, I run my own business, and I’ve had every stressful, low-motivation, life-feels-overwhelming week you can imagine. What changed everything wasn’t a quick fix. It was small habits, kept up consistently — and coming back to them whenever life knocked me off track.

My story

I tried different diets over the years, but nothing ever created lasting change — because I was always chasing a quick fix instead of building a lifestyle I could actually maintain.

As I approached 30, I decided I didn’t want to keep repeating the same cycle. I started small: walking more, drinking more water, building a morning routine and making better food choices. I stopped trying to change everything overnight and focused on becoming more consistent.

Those small changes helped me lose weight — but my journey became about so much more than that. I began strength training, learned how to fuel my body properly, and discovered how good it felt to get stronger, both physically and mentally. My focus shifted from wanting to be smaller to wanting to feel strong, confident and capable.

That experience is exactly how I coach now. Lasting results don’t come from being perfect — they come from realistic habits, real support, and continuing to show up in whatever way you can. Today I’m a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and lifestyle & mindset coach, and my own journey is still going.

My transformation

Smaller to stronger

This is my own journey — built over several years of ordinary weeks, not a quick programme. Real life, real consistency.

My transformation isn’t a finish line — it’s a lifestyle I keep choosing. It’s not a promised result from any single programme; it’s what consistency looks like over time.
